    1.Return

      1.1 Return Conditions

    1. Returns must be made within 60 days from the delivery date.
    2. If you receive a damaged/defective item, aminibi Customer Service should be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

       1.2 Return cost 

    1. If it is us who sent the wrong item, or if there is a problem with the quality of the item, we will pay for the return fee.
    2. If you don't like the product, or it's not a product quality problem, and you want to return it, you need to pay for the shipping fee.

       1.3 Return Steps

    You can follow the steps below to make a return:
    (1)You need to provide the order number or the full name of the recipient.You can also contact us for inquiries.
    (2) Contact customer service email: support@aminibi.com
    (3) Fill in the return information on the paper.
    (4) Pack the product, contact the delivery company to arrange the return.
    (5) We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return.
    (6) update the status of the return and refund within 3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

     If you want to return item /items from the United States to China, we recommend that you use USPS, which will be cheaper than other shipping methods. For other countries, please consult your local postal service. For any return issues, you can always contact us  at support@aminibi.com.

    2.Order Operation

        2.1 Order Cancellation 

    Please check your order carefully before submitting. In the event that a mistake has been made on an order that has already been processed, please email us within 24 hours after submitting.

        2.2 Change Order

    Please check your order carefully before submitting. If you realize that you have placed an order in error, please email us within 24 hours of submission. If the order has already shipped, aminibi.com will not be responsible for any additional cost to correct the order.

        2.3 Correct wrong delivery address

    aminibi.com ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. If you find that the delivery address is wrong, please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing the order to correct it. If the package has already started shipping, aminibi.com will not bear any additional costs for reshipping or retrieving the package.

        2.4 Package loss/ Did not receive/delay time exceeds 60 days

    First, We will provide proof of shipment to the customer, and we will judge based on the tracking status of the carrier(USPS or China Post) and the customer's order details.

    If the package is not delivered to the customer for more than 60 days, we will arrange a refund for the customer .(Sometimes there are long delays due to shipping companies.)

    If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered and the shipping address is confirmed to be the one provided by the customer, but you have not received the package, you can contact us. We will provide you with a label for your package and the carrier's phone number so you can contact them.

    If it is ultimately determined that aminibi.com is responsible, we will arrange a refund or resend according to the customer's requirements.
